Spring brought us our first home. Although not fully ready for our inhabitance until Autumn, months were spent getting acquainted with the land and plants we were to share it with. Cultivation left roots like spiders– links between past and future.
Through repetition and everyday objects as adornment, relics of previous occupants and remodeling, clearing and ritual, Teohome aims to learn from and honor my family’s new home.
